OVERVIEW : A Survey Field Crew Coordinator is responsible for supporting Project Managers and staff with project administration, scheduling, financial processing, and technical administration. The Survey Project Coordinator directs multiple field crews amidst constantly changing priorities and schedules, provides field procedure training, and ensures the quality of deliverables. DURING YOUR WORK DAY, YOU WILL: - Provide administrative and technical support for surveying projects. - Support Project Managers and staff with project administration, scheduling, financial processing, and technical administration . - Assist with monitoring projects to ensure cost, timeframes, and the work performance meets or exceeds customer expectations. - Assist with monitoring and ordering work supplies and schedules vehicle and equipment maintenance . - Maintain inventory of all field equipment and vehicles on a weekly basis. - Responsible for directing multiple field crews with constant changing priorities and schedules, providing field procedure training , and ensuring the quality of deliverables . - Assist with compiling internal documentation and the inspection of deliverables for accuracy and co...
