As Operations Director, you own the most critical part of the business: the stay itself. Every spotless home, every rapid fix, every moment a guest feels like our only guest — that's your output. Without it, nothing else compounds. Sales signs owners, marketing drives demand, but if Operations doesn't deliver, the business stalls. This role turns the mission into a physical reality across every property, every day; in turn driving the reviews, retention, and unit economics that fuel everything else. You'll serve on the Renjoy Leadership Team alongside our co-founders and functional heads of departments, helping shape the direction of the company as we scale.
