DESCRIPTION: The Minnesota Supreme Court is pleased to announce an opening for an Access to Justice Project Manager. This position is responsible for overseeing two high priority, high impact initiatives: the consumer-Debt Litigation Reform Project and the Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Access-to-justice project. In this role you will conduct intensive research, gather stakeholder engagement and provide project Management to both initiatives. DUTIES: QUALIFICATIONS: Any combination of training and work experience that indicates possession of the knowledge, abilities and skills listed below. An example of acceptable qualifications for this position is : - Develops and Manages Projects: Creates and maintains detailed project schedules and milestones for both the Consumer-Debt and AI & Access-to-Justice work groups; monitors progress against grant narratives to ensure all deliverables are met by the December 31, 2026, deadline. - Conducts Legal and Policy Research: Examines Minnesota consumer debt litigation practices, reviewing the 2023 MSBA Access to Justice Report, legislative history, and comparative rules from other jurisdictions. - Writes Technical Reports and Recommendations: D...
