Director- Outpatient Services- OP | St. Gregory Recovery Center | Des Moines, Iowa About the Job: PURPOSE STATEMENT: The Director of the Outpatient Services provides the leadership and strategic planning of the outpatient programs offered at the facility including the direction, management and supervision of day-to-day operations of the clinical programming and the clinical staff for the partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient program, ensuring programs meet the client needs, the facility's performance goals and objectives, and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include outpatient program development, family programing, oversight of the outpatient therapists, integrative therapies and client engagement. Roles and Responsibilities: ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: · Provides initial treatment planning for client based on assessment and coordinates any additional services needed and revises as necessary. · Directs and oversees program operations, including budget management, developing marketing and strategic plans and independent decision making for program requiring clinical expertise.
