Cornerstone Co-op invites applications for the position of Liquor Supervisor to join our Liquor Team on a full-time basis at our location in Vermilion, AB . Reporting to the Liquor Manager. What you’ll do: Oversee daily Liquor Store operations to ensure efficiency and service excellence. Ensure compliance with all company policies and provincial liquor regulations. Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold the Co-op brand experience. Support and act on behalf of the Liquor Store Manager when required. Provide leadership, direction, and coaching to a team of Liquor Clerks. Foster a positive, engaged, and safety-focused work environment. Ensure smooth and efficient daily store operations. Ensure department standards are met for inventory, ordering, stocking, and product displays. Monitor product receiving, safe storage, and merchandising standards. Follow opening and closing procedures. Support brand initiatives and in-store experience improvements. Provide operational oversight in the absence of the Liquor Store Manager.
