Computer Technology Support Intern

Description We are currently searching for a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Computer Technology Support Intern. As an Intern in our Department of Technology, you will be given real-world experience and challenging opportunities to develop and expand skills needed in computer repair, support, computer science, or related fields. The position will work 15-20 hours per week. Responsibilities: - Setting up Windows PC hardware and software. - Summer servicing of projectors, digital cameras, scanners, printers and network copiers. - Unboxing new computer hardware (iPads, Chromebooks, Desktop/Laptop computers). - Applying inventory tags on new equipment. - Moving and deploying equipment across the school campus. - Assisting other technology staff as necessary. Requirements: - Currently enrolled as a college student pursuing a degree. - Ability to lift 25 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance. - Lots of energy, a sense of humor, and a desire to learn and grow. - A self-starter who is accountable and able to effectively work in an office environment. - Candidates should be willing and able to work independently and as part of a team.
