Summary: We are looking for an experience health and safety professional to design and implement a modern H&S framework across a diverse real estate portfolio — office towers, mixed-use, industrial assets — with a particular focus on the frontline building employees who face the greatest day-to-day operational risk as well as tenant/occupant safety and building systems compliance. The National H&S Manager will conduct a full baseline assessment, develop a multi-year strategic plan, and drive implementation of strong foundations and innovative solutions.
