Senior Mechanical Engineer

EControls is looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our growing R&D team. The Mechanical Engineer leads the development of mechanical and electro ‑ mechanical products by driving design analysis, validation planning, and cross ‑ functional collaboration throughout the product development lifecycle. This role serves as the product expert, working closely with supply chain, manufacturing engineering, sales, quality, customers, and suppliers to ensure robust designs, proper validation, and manufacturability. The position also contributes to organizational strength by mentoring junior engineers, supporting cost and schedule estimates, and elevating engineering consistency and technical capability.
