Leasing Consultant: Solhaven Grand Chute Overview: The Leasing Consultant position at Wangard Partners is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and highly organized individual with strong interpersonal skills. This full-time role is based at Solhaven Grand Chute, a brand-new luxury apartment community in a rapidly growing market. As part of a dynamic lease-up environment, this position offers strong leasing commission potential and the chance to play a key role in establishing a vibrant new community from the ground up. Success in this role requires attention to detail, a proactive sales mindset, and a passion for delivering an exceptional resident experience while building occupancy during the initial lease-up phase. This position reports to the Solhaven Property Manager.
