Position Title: Licensure and Field Experiences Coordinator. Department: Education. Classification: Non-Exempt. FTE: 0.92. Work Schedule: Academic year (mid-August through mid-June) – 40 hours per week; Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Summer (mid-June through mid-August) – 20 hours per week for 8 weeks; hours must be worked between the hours of 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday – Friday Work Location: On Campus. Hourly Rate: $21 - $23. NOTE: The start date for this position will be August 3, 2026. Essential Job Duties: - Field Experience and Student Teaching. - Collaborate with Director of Field Experiences on student teaching and field experience programs. - Compile teacher requests for placements, facilitate electronic student signup for field experiences, and assist students to secure appropriate placements. - Communicate with host teachers regularly to provide information and respond to questions. - Enter student placements and update teacher qualifications in Student Learning and Licensure (SLL), the department’s web-based assessment system. - Send evaluations to host teachers and monitor completion. - Liaise with The Smith Center for international student teaching placements...
