Responsibilities: HSE Ownership: You take responsibility for Health, Safety & Environment at a manufacturing site with around 100 employees, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and effective preventive measures. Safety Culture: Together with managers and employees, you drive risk assessments, root cause analyses and accident prevention initiatives while strengthening a proactive safety culture on the shopfloor. Quality Management: You further develop the quality management system from a strategic perspective, enhance sustainable quality standards and support the team in complaint and quality-related topics. Leadership: You lead and develop the QHSE team, foster collaboration and create an environment built on accountability, teamwork and safety awareness. Audits & Compliance: You manage internal audits and actively support external audits and customer visits in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders.
