Business Process Technology Subject Matter Expert (SME) / Reporting Team Lead Position Summary: Nationwide IT Services, NIS, is seeking a Business Process Technology Subject Matter Expert (SME) / Reporting Team Lead for a potential opportunity who provides technical and functional leadership for enterprise reporting, data visualization, and business process technology initiatives. This position leads the Reporting team and serves as the primary expert in planning, developing, deploying, and supporting enterprise-wide reporting tools and visualization solutions. The SME works closely with stakeholders, developers, analysts, and leadership to deliver scalable, high-value reporting capabilities that improve decision-making, operational visibility, and the effectiveness of business processes.
