In this role, you will align business objectives with employees and leadership across assigned functions, serving as a trusted partner to both. You’ll build strong relationships across the organization to deliver value-added HR support, provide guidance on HR policies and practices, and help drive solutions that support business goals. Principal Responsibilities: - Participates in regular meetings with respective Client Executives and teams - Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies - Manages and resolves employee relations issues.
