Senior Hydrology & Hydraulics Design Engineer Department: Water/Wastewater: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Baton Rouge, LA: Description: Waggoner Engineering, Inc. is hiring a Senior H&H Manager/Design Engineer. The position's functions will be facilitated through project work. The Senior H&H Manager is also expected to perform technical tasks on projects. Compensation & Benefits: Base Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience Signing Bonus: You will receive a one-time signing bonus of $10,000 , payable within 30 days of your start date. Clawback Provision: If you voluntarily resign or are terminated for cause within 12 months of your start date, you agree to repay the signing bonus in full. 1. Provide technical and thought leadership to Waggoner staff and clients in this discipline area. 2. Facilitate staff development in this area. 3.
