Description Great Lakes Dental Associates is looking for a patient-focused, motivated Associate Dentist to join our growing team. We’re a well-established practice committed to providing high-quality, compassionate dental care in a supportive and collaborative environment. What You’ll Do: - Provide comprehensive dental care including exams, restorative procedures, and preventive treatments - Diagnose and develop treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs - Educate patients on oral health and treatment options - Work collaboratively with hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff - Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation - Uphold the highest standards of patient care and professionalism What We’re Looking For: - DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program - Active (or eligible) state dental license - Strong clinical and communication skills - A team-oriented mindset with a commitment to patient-centered care What We Offer: At Iowa Dental Associates, we believe great dentistry starts with a great team.
