- Generous STI Bonus & and participation in the LTIP - Central CBD Location with regular site travel - Tertiary degree in Engineering or a relevant Trade Qualification The Opportunity: Reporting to the Senior Manager – Mobile Assets, the Superintendent is responsible for the execution of mobile asset forecasting, capital planning support, and asset procurement processes across Gold Fields Australia. The role focuses on medium- to long-term fleet replacement planning, capital submission development, supplier engagement, and commercial governance to ensure mobile asset requirements are clearly defined, approved, and delivered in line with business plans. The role provides coordination across sites, procurement, finance, and OEMs to ensure asset planning and approvals progress efficiently and transparently. The role balances forward-looking asset planning with disciplined commercial and governance execution.
