Job Posting Title: Student Organizations Student Associate Fall 2026 Hiring Department: Office of the Vice President for Student Affairs Position Open To: All Applicants Weekly Scheduled Hours: 19 FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Earliest Start Date: Aug 17, 2026 Position Duration: Expected to Continue Until Dec 20, 2026 Location: UT MAIN CAMPUS Job Details: This position is part of the Student Organizations unit within the Office of the Dean of Students. The Student Associate will serve as a primary point of contact for student organizations, providing accurate information and answering questions about Student Organizations services and resources. Based in the Student Organization Center (SOC), this hands-on, student-facing role supports student organizations through workshops, peer coaching and daily operations. Communication will take place in person, over email and by phone with members of the Longhorn community.
