As an experienced BIM Manager you will provide support and leadership to implement, develop, and manage a successful DPD strategy from pre-contract through to project delivery and handover. This is a full-time, permanent position based in our head office in Citywest. Responsibilities: - Supporting the pre construction team with the review of received tender documents (including Works Information, EIR, etc.) to identify Clients BIM and Digital requirements. - Providing technical review of 3D BIM models received at tender stage for federation, engineering checks, clash detection, logistics and cost management. - Support the production and delivery of project BEP, MIDP, MPDT and ensure internal project team and external parties are fully aware of their responsibilities. - Lead the DPD kick off meeting (jointly with the Information Manager) with the project management team to review and finalise the...
