As a key player in shaping demand forecasts and driving business performance, you'll collaborate with a dynamic team, dive into exciting retail trends, and ensure our products reach eager shoppers everywhere ! ** This is a temporary position with a duration of approximately 6 months based on business needs. ** Core Responsibilities: Item Planning: Own a subset of the LEGO Retail portfolio, delivering a robust item-level CS forecast each cycle. Incorporating the latest trends and inputs to contribute to an SI forecast, including WOC settings for a full 18-month horizon S&OP Cycle: Lead / contribute to the various AMS meetings within the monthly S&OP cycle, including local input discussions and novelty benchmarking forums Commercial: Engage with partners across LEGO Retail to articulate performance & outlook for subset of portfolio. Represent AMS planning team in the Consumer Performance Huddle working closely with LBR/LEGO.COM channel owners to drive LEGO Retail KPI’s.
