Responsibilities & Qualifications We are seeking a IT Project Lead (SME) REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience 10 years of experience in planning, initiating, and managing Information Technology (IT) projects within the information security field. Excellent verbal and written communication for engaging with stakeholders at all levels. Strong capability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster collaboration. Demonstrated experience serving in a supervisory capacity overseeing a large workforce of contractor personnel. Demonstrated experience initiating, supervising, and/or developing project requirements from inception through completion for complex to extremely complex programs. Demonstrated experience providing strategic advice, technical guidance and expertise to program and project staff. - Demonstrated experience supporting government agencies, customers, or contracts within federal environments.
