Position Overview: The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience implementing enterprise application software with external clients. This role is responsible for analyzing customer’s as-is operations, identifying opportunities to improve processes, develop improved processes and implement TMS software. Additional responsibilities include customer training, problem identification, issue mediation and delivering a course of action while implementing software to our clients.
