Team Leader Salary: £36,255 per annum plus £700 per annum on call Location: Belper Contract/Hours: Permanent/Full Time - 37 hours per week Benefits: At Action for Children, we offer more than just a job. As a Team Leader in our therapeutic residential home, you will play a vital role in supporting children with complex emotional behavioural needs. You will lead and motivate a dedicated care team, ensuring a safe, nurturing and therapeutic environment where every child feels valued and supported. You will use your background in children's residential care and your understanding of trauma informed practise to guide staff in delivering constant, high-quality care. The role includes overseeing the development and delivery of individualised care plans, promoting positive relationships with children and families, and maintaining high standards of safeguarding and well-being.
