Description Rate of pay: $25 per class Under the direct supervision of the Health and Wellness Director, the Water Fitness Instructor teaches a safe and effective class which promotes total fitness development for members. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: · Conducts group water exercise classes according to the YMCA of Greater Rochester’s Program Quality Guidelines, as well as the specific class format. · Supervises class participants and activities to ensure safety and report any irregularities to supervisor immediately. · Make yourself available to all members regardless of age, gender, race, socioeconomic status, or fitness level.
