Job Description: We are seeking a high performing Leasing Consultant with a proven sales track record and who enjoy working with residents to make sure they have an excellent experience with our properties. We have a great opportunity for you to join our onsite residential team in Downtown Chicago. This fast-paced property is looking for someone with direct residential leasing experience, preferably within the Chicagoland residential high-rise market. We're looking for you: To be our Leasing superstar! Your efforts will be to handle incoming calls as well as online and in-person traffic, coordinate and lead property tours, lease apartments and prepare leasing files for approval and renewals. You’ll work with the team to develop leasing marketing strategies, fully participate with outreach marketing, resident events, and leasing file audits.
