This plays a crucial role in the organization's mission because it provides customers with high-quality parts that are affordable and environmentally sustainable. Key Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions - Dismantle - Prepare vehicles for dismantling; remove all fluids, disconnect battery, airbags, and any other electrical components. - Dismantle vehicles; using various hand and power tools to remove usable parts and components, such as engines, transmissions, wheels, tires & interior parts. - Reduce waste by identifying usable and non-usable parts. - Sort and process parts; recycle or dispose of damaged or worn-out parts in the appropriate manner. - Maintain inventory and records. - Meet or exceed monthly dismantle quotas as set by Site Manager. - Operate heavy equip...
