As a Sourcing Manager, Transportation & Distribution supporting the MTO Team in Fort Worth, TX, a typical day will include: Oversee procurement for specific categories of goods and services, ensuring quality, cost, and delivery requirements are met. Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers for efficient sourcing and delivery. Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate options based on cost, quality, and reliability. Manage the procurement process, including issuing Requests for Proposals, negotiating contracts, and monitoring supplier performance.
