Engineering Project Leader

Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced, high-performing individual to drive new product development and vitality of high-tech products, advanced components, systems, and solutions within the Power Efficiency Solutions business of Regal Rexnord. They will lead cross-functional global teams to innovate and deliver cutting-edge technologies that enhance energy efficiency and performance for our global customers. The Project Leader will be responsible for driving top priority programs from business case to commercialization, leading and overseeing a diverse cross functional team, working to develop and deliver advanced solutions aligned with PES strategies. The Project Leader and team will be committed to meeting key program deliverables working closely with engineering, product management, global supply, global operations and production teams, and marketing. This role will report directly to the Director of NPD and PMO (Project Management Office) of PES.
