Crestwood Manor is seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team! Crestwood Manor is a Springpoint Senior Living Community located in Whiting , NJ. We are in search of a SLP to join our team. At Springpoint, the role of the SLP is to diagnose and treat individuals with speech, language, voice and fluency impairments. Responsibilities: - Performs hearing and/or speech and language examinations to learn the patient's degree of - Evaluates hearing and /or speech and language test results. - Evaluates barium swallow results and/or other test results and overall medical background - Diagnoses patients and formulates treatment plans for speech, language, fluency, voice or swallowing impairments. - Educates patients and family members about the various communication techniques or strategies to cope with the impairment. - Writes reports and maintains client information for the purposes of evaluation, treatment progress and discharge of client. - Performs administrative responsibilities, coordinates paperwork, writes lesson plans and schedules case management activities and/or any other appropriate patient information and/or recordkeeping for administrative, billing an...
