Dean of Nursing Education Programs The Dean of Nursing Education Programs is responsible for providing leadership in the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of the nursing program. At the same time, the Dean must facilitate responsiveness by the program to the needs of the community and the health care system as well as foster within the program an organizational culture that supports collegiality, personal well-being, and professional development of students, faculty, and staff. The Dean also serves as the representative of the program to the College administration, regulatory and accreditation bodies, Education Affiliates Nursing Division, the local advisory committee, and to other internal and external constituencies. The position reports to the President of the College.
