Job description

Location This role covers stores across Plymouth, Cornwall, heading east towards Kent and Wales (excluding North Wales), Bristol, and Oxford. Due to the nature of the role, you will be required to hold a full UK driving licence (subject to mileage, a Business Need car may be provided). About the team: Argos Retail is at a pivotal point in its turnaround journey, with a strong focus on enabling performance, developing leadership capability and delivering great outcomes for customers and colleagues. Our People team partners closely with senior retail leaders across our regions to translate strategy into effective people plans that support store operations and colleague experience at scale. This role sits within a collaborative and inclusive People division, working in partnership with the South region to support operational delivery while shaping how people initiatives land where they matter most.
