Creates and ensures a fun-filled exciting environment promoting superior guest service, and working harmoniously with team members. Has the resiliency to deal with difficult guest in all types of business conditions. Greets all guest with proper introduction, in an energetic and enthusiastic manner. Answers telephone calls in friendly voice. Responsible for registering all guests in and out of the hotel in an accurate and timely manner while demonstrating an upbeat and professional demeanor. Processes guest payments and accounts upon checkout in an efficient, timely, and accurate manner. Maintains confidentiality and safeguards data. Assigns guest accommodations in accordance with procedures and policies. Handles assigned bank in accordance to established internal controls properly and performs accurate account postings to guest folios. Maintains knowledge of hotel occupancy status, special events, in-house groups, promotions and other situations affecting the daily operation. Accepts same day and advance reservations as required.
