Job description

As a Hospitality Host you'll play a vital role in supporting the seamless execution of live performances at our historic venues. You'll fulfill backstage hospitality needs of artist management teams and special guests with the highest level of professionalism and attention to detail. You'll maximize pre-show time and balance priorities in a dynamic backstage environment. As the ideal candidate you'll provide thoughtful, unobtrusive assistance that contributes to the success of the event. - Serve as liaison to artist management teams and venue management. Communicate with all partners to deliver exceptional guest service and personalized support to artists, crews, VIPs, and backstage guests throughout the event. - Coordinate backstage logistics. Oversee dressing room assignments, hospitality placement, and ensure artists attend soundchecks or rehearsals in a timely manner. - Set up and break down backstage hospitality areas for designated events. Maintain areas throughout the day and ensure they are restored for the next day. - Deliver supplies (food, beverage, equipment) to backstage hospitality areas as needed.
