Head of Project Execution EMEA

Job description

We are looking for a Head of Project Execution who will be responsible for overseeing the execution teams of complex projects across the EMEA region, ensuring projects are properly staffed and delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while meeting client expectations. This role requires strong leadership of cross-functional local and regional teams, as well as close coordination with HQ teams. Your role in our team: People Leadership: - Oversee the execution of projects across multiple countries of the EMEA region. - Ensure that project timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met, including monitoring the project lifecycle from initiation to completion. - Lead Ensure coordination of the project teams (engineering, procurement, installation, commissioning and integration) in a matrix organization. - Implement best practices in project execution, ensuring compliance with local and international standards and regulations.
