Leidos is seeking a contracts professional to join our Federal Civilian IT contracts team within the Digital Modernization Sector. This position is an individual contributor. ***Remote candidate must be located within the greater Washington D.C. or Baltimore metro areas and able to support occasional in-person meetings at Leidos and customer sites within Washington D.C.*** In this role as a Contracts Representative, you represent the “selling side” of the procurement interaction. This role will be responsible for a portfolio of task orders. Your primary objectives will be to build productive working relationships with internal and external customers, to negotiate changes where necessary, and to provide business recommendations and risk assessment regarding contract structure, clauses, requirements, proposals, and performance problem resolution. At Leidos the contracts team functions as an integration role that thrives at the crossroads of all areas of the business.
