Job Description: · Provide a Florida licensed Building Plans Examiner in accordance with Florida Statutes (FS) 468.604 to perform reviews of third-party plans for proposed construction work for non-NASA projects at Kennedy Space Center in accordance with FS 553.79 and 553.791. · Review Center Partner Project Approval Process (CPPAP) forms and construction plans to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal building codes, zoning regulations, NASA policy, and safety standards. · Review third party plan review affidavit and inspection affidavit to ensure compliance with appropriate project scope and technical requirements. · Conduct inspections on new construction, renovation, and demoli...
