GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITY: Provide overall strategic and tactical leadership of the financial operations of the company and its subsidiaries. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: -Digitally transform service delivery of subject functions. -Deploy a leveraged digital model for core transactional processes and reporting. -Deploy a high level of process automation for basic transactions. -Finance/Accounting Goal – Provide real-time delivery of key services, functional KPI’s and robust, relevant financial reporting at a reduced departmental expense. -Build and deploy sophisticated analytics capabilities and business intelligence that provide keen insights and exploit business value residing in vast stores of data (unit level economics—revenue, cost, operating leverage, asset utilization, etc.). -Actively collaborate with business leaders and IS/IT leaders to design and deliver efficient and effective services around customer experience. -Upgrade team/skills for stronger problem solving that leverage business and technology knowledge to drive operating efficiencies and business profitability. -Goal—near real-time business intelligence and insight/KPIs that helps guide path to improved profita...
