Claims Adjuster, Cyber - French Speaking Department: Claims: Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time Location: UK - London: Description: We are seeking an experienced claims professional with fluent French language skills to join our Cyber Claims team. This is a pivotal hire that will play a key role in supporting and enhancing the service we provide to our policyholders, brokers, underwriters, and capacity providers across Canada. The successful candidate will be a conscientious and driven claims professional with proven experience handling cyber and technology claims. The role will work closely with the CFC Claims and Incident Response team, as well as a panel of specialist incident response vendors, including forensic, legal, and public relations partners, to ensure the delivery of a cost‑effective, high‑quality response for our insureds. This position also involves close collaboration with Underwriting, Finance, IT, and Product teams, while operating in full compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements, including those of the FCA and Lloyd’s.
