At Ayvens we have an opening for an experienced Head of Engineering – Digital & IT Excellence. What are you going to do? As our new Head of Engineering – Digital & IT Excellence , you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, service quality, reliability, compliance and operational risks across Ayvens’ transversal Digital & IT services. You will lead global engineering excellence teams and ensure that IT services are delivered efficiently, securely, and in alignment with group standards, while continuously improving performance and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include: Leading Digital & IT Excellence teams (onshore, offshore and outsourced managed services), including QA, Release Management, ITSM, Support, Helpdesk, Compliance & Operational Risks Owning ITSM processes and tooling, including UNITY and Atlassian Driving service quality, SLA performance, and operational efficiency across engineering teams Ensuring operational risk management, audit readiness, and Level of Defense 1 (LOD1) c...
