BRING US YOUR BEST. - Delivers linens, towels, amenities, and supplies to guest floors and replenishes linen closets throughout the shift to support housekeeping operations. - Collects soiled linens, used terry, trash, and recycling from guest floors and transports items to designated laundry or disposal areas. - Maintains cleanliness of guest corridors, service hallways, elevator landings, stairwells, vending and ice rooms, and other assigned public or service areas. - Vacuums carpets, sweeps and mops floors, spot-cleans walls and surfaces, and removes debris to maintain a clean, polished environment. - Cleans and maintains back-of-house areas including storage rooms, service closets, and staff workspaces. - Supports room readiness during high occupancy by delivering supplies, assisting with room completion, and responding to operational needs. - Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests such as linens, pillows, cribs, amenities, packages, or special deliveries. - Greet guests courteously when encountered and offers assistance in alignment with Four-Diamond service expectations. - Maintains organized, stocked, clean, and secure housekeeping closets an...
