JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Creates and ensures a fun-filled, entertaining and exciting environment where the flawless delivery and execution of service excellence is paramount. - Displays a courteous and helpful attitude at all times when dealing with the public and Builds Rewarding Relationships - Responsible for overseeing all security operations in assigned area. - Reviews and approves all reports submitted by uniformed officers and investigative reports. - Responsible for the direct supervision, evaluation and training of Officers. - Supervises and conducts investigations as requested. - Knowledge of Local, Sate, and Federal Safety Regulations. - Responsible for knowledge of and adherence to Company and Departmental Policies and Procedures. - Ability to resolve guest / team member complaints and concerns with professionalism and efficient follow-up. - Acts with utmost discretion and maintains confidentiality in handling all documentation and information, including team member files and guest information/reports. - Recommends and documents coaching and discipline of staff on appropriate paperwork. - Responsible for monitoring departmental payroll and attendance, during assigned shi...
