Position Title: Front-End Manager Department: FRONT-END: Direct Supervisor: STORE DIRECTOR / ASSISTANT STORE DIRECTOR FLSA Status: EXEMPT: Starting rate of pay: $22.00/hr: Kailua location starting rate of pay: $23.00/hr Company Benefits: *For qualifying positions Job Summary: The Front-End Manager is responsible and accountable for overseeing all aspects of the Front-End Operation of the Store assigned to. This includes promoting proper and efficient servicing of our customers and supervising all Front-End associates. Responsible for promoting all programs initiated by Times Super Market at the same time upholds and carries out Times’ philosophy and image of quality, service and cleanliness.
