Provide network support to ensure reliable network operations. 2. Provide technical support to team members regarding software concerns and/or training issues. 3. Maintain, upgrade and repair all computer related equipment diagnosed with problems or assigned by the IT Technician III, IT Manager or IT Director. 4. Maintain, upgrade and repair all software and configuration of software being implemented on workstations throughout the network environment. 5. Provide daily logs of activities detailing all work related to the assignments schedule. 6. Responsible for maintaining current knowledge of the gaming hardware, and software, and configuration used on the network system. 7.
