Position Summary: Aleut Federal is seeking a senior, market-facing technical leader specializing in ServiceNow platform solutions to drive enterprise workflow and service transformation across U.S. federal environments. This role operates across the full lifecycle - from opportunity shaping and technical solutioning through capture, proposal development, pricing, and post-award delivery assurance. The successful candidate will directly influence technical win strategies while maintaining accountability for delivery execution. The ideal candidate is a hands-on ServiceNow architect who can design enterprise workflow solutions, guide platform strategy, and translate ServiceNow capabilities into measurable operational outcomes. This is a build, sell, and validate role with direct responsibility for growth and delivery success.
