Assembler Team Lead Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is currently seeking an Assembler Team Lead to join the Wings External Team - Final Assembly in North Charleston, South Carolina on 1st shift. Position Responsibilities: Perform complex production assembly operations on structural parts, mechanical assemblies, subassemblies, and aircraft systems using manual or automated tools Build effective resource plans and assign daily work Identify and communicate risks to First Line Leader Update and communicate BPS metrics and identify KPI improvement actions Lead team in daily safety check-in and monitor/report daily progress to plan Work with support organizations and First Line Leader to mitigate performance risks Document and communicate shift turnover: Establish overtime requirements and staffing: Monitor and control 5S workplace organization Use Rapid Problem Solving (RPS) and coordinate with Line Side Control Center (LSCC) to address issues Create and monitor standardized work instructions Support teammates to improve job performance, including identifying training needs.
