About the role: As a Spa Trainer, you will educate and coach our spa teams in LivNordic’s brand, values, treatments, service standards, retail philosophy, and guest experience. You will work closely with the Training Manager, Training Coordinator, and onboard Spa Managers to ensure consistency and excellence across the fleet. The role involves extensive travel onboard our ships, which sail worldwide. You will be part of a small, dynamic, and supportive team in a fast-paced environment.
