Essential Functions: This position is responsible for: - Approaching work with a Continuous Improvement (CI) mindset, and engaging in MVFF Mission Statement to identify, value, prioritize, resource and sustain improvement opportunities. - Owning and promoting a Safety Culture by ensuring a safe work environment and promoting proper safety behavior. - Excellent attendance and punctuality is an essential function of this position. - Approaching work with a Continuous Improvement mindset and serving as an example of living our Mid Valley Family Foods Core Values & Purpose. - Ensuring that employees are trained, including refresher trainings, in order to perform their jobs effectively. - Ensuring the employees properly clean and sanitize all equipment used in the handling, processing, packaging, and storing of all products, raw, and pasteurized. - Ensure Master Sanitation Schedule is followed and maintained for all areas of MVFF - Ownership of all functions related to chemical purchasing and inventory - Ensuring the exterior of all tanks, lines, floors, walls and ceiling are cleaned on a daily basis. - Ensuring all hook ups are made correctly prior to C.I.P. - Ensuring any unsafe areas...
