Role Overview The Service Planning Specialist I analyzes the health of submeter systems and provides service plans to our scheduling, supply chain, and technicians in order to resolve equipment failures. Y ou will diagnose issues, select the appropriate replacement hardware, and provide clear, methodical instructions for our Field Technicians. This is an ideal role for an analytical problem-solver who enjoys working within complex systems. Key Responsibilities: - System Analysis & Diagnosis: Regularly monitor property meter health and identify irregularities, outages, or hardware failures. - Resolution Design: Determine the "why" behind system failures. Select the correct replacement equipment and technical instructions required for a successful repair. - Work Order & Sales Order Management: Generate accurate Work Orders and Sales Orders.
