4 days in office - Montreal office Are you a detail-driven project manager with a passion for languages? Join our team and take ownership of translation projects from intake to delivery, working closely with clients and external partners. You will be focusing on: Project management : manage incoming translation requests – prepare translation projects by analyzing received files, prepare quotes, assign projects in accordance with internal guidelines, liaise and follow up with clients and with external service providers and maintain up-to-date billing information. Administrative support : provide administrative support to the Linguistic Services management team, including for invoicing, billing and handling of ad hoc requests. AI platforms, CAT tools and TMS : ensure maintenance of AI platforms, CAT tools, terminology databases, and translation management systems (TMS). AI-assisted translation and automation : use of AI tools to generate AI-assisted translation and identify opportunities to automate processes and optimize workflows to achieve greater efficiency; ensure maintenance and update of internal and vendor terminology databases and translation memories.
