Summary : The Business Development Representative (BDR) is a strategic revenue-enablement role responsible for identifying, evaluating, and developing new business opportunities that align with the company’s growth objectives. This role exercises independent judgment in researching markets, qualifying opportunities, and advising sales leadership on pipeline development strategies. The BDR partners closely with Sales and Marketing to shape outbound approaches, refine ideal customer profiles, and ensure high-quality opportunities are advanced through the sales funnel.
