Key Tasks and Responsibilities: - Take ownership of extracting the maximum value from the Collibra platform. - Responsible for the Collibra roadmap, backlog, and sprints ensuring the most valuable work is being prioritised and delivered to agreed timelines. - Be accountable and responsible for development within Collibra and ensuring solutions meet best practices in solution design and technical implementation. - Run training with stakeholders to drive adoption. - Track KPI’s covering the completion and usage of Collibra. - Lead, mentor, and manage two offshore developers to ensure they are actively engaged and delivering high quality solutions to the agreed timelines. - Complete code reviews and solution designs for new features. - Collaborate and influence the wider technical Collibra community across the various Arch Segments including the Group COE for Collibra.
